Booking Conditions:

• Check-in time: Mon-Fri 15:00. Fri-Fri 4:00 pm.
• Departure time: 12:00.
• Deposit: from 04/12. Until 08.01.2024 (inclusive) the deposit is equal to the first night’s stay.
• It is necessary to have a passport of the Russian Federation for all residents. For children – birth certificate, if children are not registered in their parents’ passports.
• Additional place 3 000 p.

• One child under the age of 5 years stays free of charge (with parents in the main bed). For the second and subsequent child accommodation is paid – 3 000 rubles.

• The maximum number of guests to be accommodated in 1 (one) cottage is 10 people.

• Visiting the cottage by guests not staying in the cottage – 3 000 rubles per guest. The price does not include a visit to the Spa complex. The price does not include overnight accommodation in the cottage.

The hotel has the right to charge a security payment (deposit) in the amount equal to the cost of the first day’s stay. The deposit covers the use of the mini bar, additional cleaning costs for smoking, damages to hotel property, and additional hotel services. In case the guest does not use additional services of the hotel, does not cause damage to the hotel, the deposit is refundable to the guest. Deposit setting is at the discretion of the hotel staff and may be selective.
